ORDER FORM

TERMS + CONDITIONS

1. Choose a design
Browse our QLI {with love} Collection section to check out our stuff.

2. Place your order
If you see what you like, submit your order through our online form. Within three days we will send you an email confirmation with your estimate. If you don't receive word from us within three days, please give us a shout at qli@quitelikeit.com—it means we probably did not receive your order.

Your confirmation email will include:
qli Order summary
qli Estimated order total
qli Deposit/payment instructions

3. Proofing
We'll send you a total of two sets of PDF proofs. Any proofs above these three are billed at $25 each.
qli The first proof will be correcting any mistakes.
qli The second is the final approval before we print. Please note that the colors of the PDF may vary from the printed piece. If you would like a printed proof, please specify. There is an extra shipping charge to do this.

Checking Proofs
Here is a checklist of what to look for when approving proofs:
qli Are all the stationery items you've ordered included in the proof?
qli Are the ink, paper and envelope colors correct?
qli Are all fonts correct?
qli Is the text spaced properly?
qli Is the alignment correct?
qli Double check all dates, names, professional titles, physical addresses, email & web addresses, and telephone numbers and make certain you've included all relevant information.
qli Double check that there are not abbreviations and that all dates and addresses are spelled out (i.e. Street versus St.)?
qli Double check spelling & punctuation.
qli Are any design elements or motifs missing? Please note that all background patterns and borders are printed so if a pattern or border does not appear on your proof, it will not be printed.

Please Note: Once you have given final proof approval as signed on the Final Proof Approval, you bear final responsibility for the design and typographical elements of your invitations. Quite Like It Design will not bear the costs of reprinting and shipping orders due to any errors you have approved that match the final proof. No refunds will be issued for custom products.

Customizing QLI {with love}
We offer a variety of customization options on our QLI {with love} collection. You can pick your colors, wording and envelopes at no additional charge. We even allow you to add on extras such as colored backing or sewn borders for an additional fee. All of these option selections are made on the form when you place your order, and we have a handy dandy OPTIONS guide to help you make decisions.

Our OPTIONS guide includes information on:
Paper
Fonts
Envelope colors
Ink colors

If you don't see the perfect set in our QLI {with love} Collection, we'd be more than happy to work with you on a completely unique set just for you.
